Booked the Karoga here for a birthday celebration and It was brilliant. We opted to make it ourselves but had plenty of support from the team at the Black Horse who kept our drinks full. Also lots of great live music there on a Friday night.

Visited the Black Horse for a get together with family as they have a large private room for functions. The menu offers good variety of Indian food with both meat and vegetarian options and all the dishes I tried for starters were delicious. Portion sizes are good value for money. The service was slightly slow however it was Xmas eve and very busy. The atmosphere was great as Lisa hosts karaoke and plays music so the whole place was in full festive party mode with dance floor full. Will visit again next year again for sure!

Went for a Bollywood evening with a group of friends to this pub. The food was delicious , service was great and the music and DJ were really good. We wanted to dance so they moved a few tables to accommodate us. Highly recommend this place if you want to go and let your hair down.

We reserve a table in the lounge, great spot. The waitresses were very polite and not pushy. We ordered our drinks 1st, then we ordered our starter's. Onion Bhaji and Chilli Panner. No chilli's in the Panner but still spicy. We waited 20 before ordering our mains. 2x Butter chicken which was spicy. Chicken Tikka Masala spicy. Goa chicken curry spicy. Spicy. Funny thing is they all looked the same colour. We had to wait 10 minutes for the Goa chicken to arrive when the rest of the table had nearly finished eating. The kitchen staff were very slow on Saturday evening. The music was good and the karaoke great idea. 👍

Went for the Indian food which was very good. Dining room at the back of a nice old pub. The dining room was a bit lacking in atmosphere, more subdued lighting and a few things on the walls perhaps. A band was setting up in the pub as we left, so you could make an evening of it,! Pint of London Pride went down well. Good food, served by friendly people 😋 👌
